Are there any TOTALLY free VOIP services for US calling?
I have no cell phone coverage where I live (Verizon Wireless Coverage Maps are nothing but lies!) I am looking for something I can make calls from my computer without time limitations. Do any such programs exist?
I have heard that if you have Google Voice, and Gizmo5 this can be done, and although I do have a Google Voice account, I do not have a Gizmo5 account, and they have locked new registrations.
Are there any other options out there?
