Is there any SIP provider that gives free call to philippines?
I doubt it – not to landlines in Philippines, except for possibly limited time offers, but not on an ongoing basis.
The only way to get truly free calls is if both parties are signed up with the same SIP VoIP provider and then you can get free “in-network” calling – most VoIP providers allow free in-network calling. But, this requires that both parties at each end have a VoIP phone, or softphone, registered with the same service. This way you will get unlimited free calling over Internet.
